Leadership is a strategy. And the first strategy i Leadership is a strategy. And the first strategy is getting yourself OUT of the operational weeds long enough to actually lead. If you're drowning in tasks, you're not running the business — the business is running you. That changes. Link in bio. #CEOmindset #businessleadership #entrepreneur #businesscoach #operatingstrategy
Nobody warns you about this part of owning a busin Nobody warns you about this part of owning a business. Not the long hours. Not the slow months. Not even the money stress — you expect some of that going in. The part nobody warns you about is the loneliness of being the only person in the room who sees the whole picture. Your team sees their piece. Your family sees the version you bring home. You’re the only one carrying the whole map. I want to hear from you: what’s the one thing about running your business that nobody warned you about before you started? Drop it in the comments — I’ll bet you’re not the only one who’s felt it. #SmallBusinessOwner #BusinessCoach #OperatorMindset #EntrepreneurLife #BusinessStrategy
A hobby to a living. That's the mission. When the A hobby to a living. That's the mission. When the right strategy, structure, and accountability come together, the business changes. Everything changes. That's what happens inside my 1:1 consulting. No generic frameworks. No one-size-fits-all advice. We work on your business, solve your bottlenecks, and build a plan that's designed for where you're going—not where you've been. I have 2 spots available for Q3. 🚨 PSA to all current and future clients... If 🚨 PSA to all current and future clients... If we’re on Zoom together, you’ll probably notice I’m muted anytime I’m not talking. It’s not because I’m multitasking. It’s because less than 10 feet away is my homeschooled autistic son, who regulates by having multiple devices going at the same time... at a volume level that can only be described as “full send.” Think YouTube on his iPad, snake documentary on the TV, and continual live commentary. 😂 The mute button isn’t optional—it’s an act of public service. So if you ever see me finish a sentence and immediately hit mute, I’m not being rude. I’m protecting you from the soundtrack of my life. Businesses are built in real life—not in perfectly quiet offices. Around here, we build profitable businesses while embracing a little beautiful chaos. **P.S.** If you work for Apple... can we please get a parental maximum volume setting for iPads? Asking for myself... and probably every other parent within earshot. 🍎🙏
$500K a year and one bad month away from closing. $500K a year and one bad month away from closing. Or $150K and rock solid. The difference isn't the top line — it's the infrastructure underneath it. Systems. Team clarity. Offer architecture. If your business doesn't feel stable — more revenue isn't the answer. More structure is. That's what I do. The “laptop lifestyle” sold on social media us The “laptop lifestyle” sold on social media usually looks like infinity pools, beach clubs, and perfectly styled cafés. Mine? Sometimes it’s a toilet. Not because I’m trying to be quirky. Because I’m a mom. I travel constantly. My son is sleeping nearby. Hotels don’t always have separate rooms or even desks. Airports are loud. Client calls still need to happen. So yes… I’ve run strategy sessions from more bathrooms than I’d like to admit. The goal was never to build a business that looked impressive online. The goal was to build one that worked in real life. One that lets me keep commitments, earn an income, travel with my son, and adapt when plans change. The view isn’t always Instagram-worthy. The freedom is. #businessconsultant #laptoplifestyle
These aren't just nice reviews. They're descriptio These aren't just nice reviews. They're descriptions of a methodology. Practical. Specific. Real follow-through. Real results. That's what every engagement looks like — whether it's 1:1, the Badass Amplifier, or Bangkok Badasserie. Ready for your own results? Entrepreneurs are “supposed to” be at a desk o Entrepreneurs are “supposed to” be at a desk on a Tuesday. I’m on the other side of the world instead, and my business isn’t waiting for me to get back. No one’s covering for me. Nothing’s on fire. The systems run whether I’m at my desk in Bangkok or somewhere with no desk at all. That’s not luck, and it’s not “passive income” hype. It’s 25+ years of building businesses that don’t collapse the second I step away. If your business needs you in the chair every day to survive, you didn’t build a business — you built yourself a very demanding job. Freedom isn’t the reward for scaling eventually. It’s what you build in from day one, if you build it right. #entrepreneurship #smallbusinessowner #havebusinesswilltravel #businessconsultant
