What I do know is that none of this is possible if I’m the ceiling. The businesses have to be built to run. Not to need me constantly. That took longer to build than any revenue milestone. And it’s worth more than all of them combined.

The actual goal was freedom. Freedom of time. Of location. Of decision. That version exists. But it's built differently than most people are building right now.

What I do know is that none of this is possible if I’m the ceiling. The businesses have to be built to run. Not to need me constantly. That took longer to build than any revenue milestone. And it’s worth more than all of them combined.

It's a structural problem. And you can pour all the leads, ads, and strategy in the world on top of a broken structure. It will not hold.

Something is always getting the worse version of you. This isn't a productivity problem. It's an architecture problem. The business is demanding everything you have to operate, leaving nothing to grow it. That's not sustainable. It's not even logical. At some point the math has to change. And be honest, is the 24-8-4-12 version the goal? I doubt it.
